Requirements:

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)
• Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice (CA)
• Advanced Certification in the modality of CT (Required in OR and HI, Preferred in CA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
• Fluoroscopy license in state of employment (Required in CA if operating fluoroscopy equipment)
• Venipuncture certification (Preferred in CA and OR)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Follow protocols and guidelines to produce high-quality images.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary.
• Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate records.

Compliance / Notes:

• Include Start date, RTO, DOB, Middle name, and SSN in all documentation.
• Admin fee has already been deducted from the rate.
