About the Role The role leads demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy to accelerate user acquisition and brand awareness. This position is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across both B2B and B2C segments. Working closely with product, sales, and creative teams, the role translates product value propositions into high‑converting campaigns. The focus is on scaling customer acquisition through analytical experimentation, search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), paid media, and structured content marketing. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and manage end‑to‑end multi‑channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels. Build and maintain the editorial content calendar, collaborating with copywriters and designers to produce high‑quality collateral, landing pages, and ad creatives. Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, tracking CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize ROI and marketing spend. Implement and manage A/B testing frameworks on landing pages, email workflows, and ad creatives to systematically improve funnel efficiency. Oversee SEO/SEM strategies, utilizing keyword research and technical optimization to increase organic search presence and drive inbound traffic. Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data integration and lead routing between marketing automation tools and CRM systems. What We Are Looking For 4–7 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C technology or SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing paid acquisition budgets and scaling customer acquisition channels. Expert‑level proficiency with marketing technology and analytics tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, Salesforce, and Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate raw data into actionable campaign optimizations. Excellent project management skills, with experience managing external agencies, freelance creators, and internal cross‑functional stakeholders.
