Program Manager - Data Center

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Program Manager - Data Center will oversee low-voltage and telecommunications construction projects, ensuring governance and consistency while addressing complex technical and stakeholder challenges in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor multiple Data Center Construction Project Managers, establishing program-wide standards for execution and reporting Oversee a portfolio of data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing risks and dependencies Provide technical oversight for telecommunications systems and ensure compliance with design and installation standards across projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years in data center or mission-critical facility management 5+ years of people management or program leadership experience Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure Proficiency with construction and program management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
