Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, goals, and strategies for home exercises. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Neuro Certification (NCS) - preferred. Experience in an outpatient setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
