About the Role:

Compassionate Care In Christ Home Health is looking for a dedicated and caring Certified Home Caregiver to join our team in Browns Mills, NJ. This is a live-in position where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those who need it most. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Administer medications and monitor client health conditions as directed
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Document and report any changes in client condition to supervising staff

Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey
• Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Ability and willingness to live in the client's home on a full-time basis
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain client confidentiality
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
