Digital Solutions Delivery Execution Project Manager This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and standardized IT solutions across multiple business entities and engaging in large-scale IT projects. The project manager oversees major initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, integrating business and regional perspectives, managing the budget, and cultivating stakeholder relationships. The role mentors lower‑level employees and ensures the realization of operational and strategic plans. Responsibilities Lead the delivery execution of critical business outcomes for products in HP's commercial and US Federal ecosystems. Leverage extensive domain‑specific business acumen to propel engagement in large‑scale IT undertakings. Participate in major IT projects, ensuring business and regional stakeholders are effectively communicated with and integrated into the overall delivery plan. Recognize demand for new IT processes and substantial enhancements to major IT processes, advocating for their development and implementation. Lead and communicate project status to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place along with budget management. Advocate for the proliferation of best practices developed from interactions between businesses, functions, or geographies and other counterparts. Engage in business planning where IT's influence is pronounced and shape overarching customer organization strategies. Contribute innovative ideas and lead large cross‑functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. Provide mentorship and guidance to lower‑level employees, ensuring realization of operational and strategic plans. Education & Experience Four‑year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement or a related field. Salary The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
