Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.Responsibilities include: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactivelyServe as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectivesFacilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadershipTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholdersPrepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentationCoordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groupsMaintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reportsSupport contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learnedImplement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standardsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in managing dynamic federal projectsExcellent multi-tasking and organizational skillsExceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentationOutstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiencesProven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsStrong active listening skills and emotional intelligenceCoordinate with subject matter experts, developers, analysts, and other specialistsExperience facilitating meetings and managing difficult conversationsOnly Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
