Laborers Riggers & Millwrights - Data Center Project - $100 Per Diem - Up to $35 - Red Oak, TX Trillium Construction is hiring riggers, millwrights, foremen, and laborers to support a data center installation project in Red Oak, TX. These roles involve precision rigging, equipment setting, and mechanical installation of generators, modules, and server infrastructure. Ideal candidates have industrial rigging experience and strong safety awareness. The project offers steady overtime hours and per diem for qualified workers. Perks & benefits: $24–$35/hour (role dependent) Per Diem: $100/day (all 7 days if full schedule worked) 60+ hours per week What you’ll need: 3+ years rigging experience (rigging roles) NCCER Advanced Rigger Certification (riggers) OSHA 10 (laborers) Ability to pass pre-employment screenings Ability to work Mon–Sat schedule What will make you stand out: Additional lift certifications Experience installing data center modules and server infrastructure Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, hydraulic jacks, and rigging systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
