Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs utilizing evidence-based practices. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that draw upon your extensive knowledge of therapeutic modalities. \n
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges and enhancing their coping strategies. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that your documentation reflects the highest degree of professionalism. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to create a cohesive treatment environment that addresses the holistic needs of each client. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations and contribute to peer review meetings focused on continual improvement and the sharpening of clinical skills. \n
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment processes, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research, innovations, and practices in mental health to continually enhance the level of care provided to clients. \n

Qualifications\n- \n

- Possession of an active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), confirming your professional qualifications and readiness to serve clients. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques, tailored to meet the individual needs of clients effectively. \n
