**FULLTIME BARTLESVILLE CLINIC**

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable LPN for a hybrid role providing coverage between our Radiation Oncology department (3 days per week) and Medical Oncology clinic (2 days per week) 

Responsibilities include maintaining efficient patient flow, assisting with patient care such as taking vitals, conducting assessments, and supporting procedures. This role also involves managing provider schedules, chart prep, and completing tasks as assigned by the supervising RN. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. 

Qualifications:  High School Diploma or equivalent required.   Graduated from an accredited program for practical nursing. Entry level license practical nursing. Prior work in a hospital or clinical setting preferred. Must hold current Oklahoma LPN license and registration with the State Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification required. Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required. Must maintain continuing education requirements. 

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
