Utilize tools and automotive systems to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues. Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate with Service Advisors and customers about vehicle issues and repair needs. Collaborate with management to ensure workflow is consistent. Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices to ensure accuracy on repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Stay up to date with latest automotive technology, repair techniques and industry trends. Maintain a clean and organized work area while restocking supplies as needed.
