Summary The Style Advisor delivers a personalized luxury shopping experience in a boutique setting. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives sales, and represents the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and Made to Measure services. Responsibilities Deliver memorable customer experiences through personalized selling, product storytelling, and client consultations. Build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and after-sales service. Identify opportunities to increase sales and engagement, promote Made to Measure services, and contribute to store KPIs. Resolve customer issues and support alterations, repairs, and returns in accordance with service policies. Maintain CRM records, share customer insights with the team, and uphold store operational standards. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales. Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, with knowledge of clienteling practices. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
