Job Description:

This position will require working days, evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays and includes mandatory mandating.

Our facility is a secure facility which serves the needs of adolescent males age 13-17 with a history of violence and aggression.

Ideal Candidate

Will have experience:
Working in a residential treatment facility;
Working in a therapeutic MILIEU.
Working recover-oriented and /or trauma-informed-care environments.

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma and one (1) year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties of the classification. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling one (1) year may substitute for the required experience. Direct Care (2) years.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in an adolescent treatment center, with exposure to mentally and/or behaviorally challenged residents, who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors. This position may work in an office setting using related office equipment, with exposure to Visual Video Display Terminal and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Pushing, pulling, lifting and/or carrying.
