Requirements: 2+ years ED experience, Cerner experience, charge experience
Certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS
Preferred: TNCC
License: Active Michigan RN license required at submission
Role: Provides comprehensive emergency nursing care using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Leadership: Directs and supervises CNAs, LPNs, and other patient care staff
Skills: Critical thinking, independent judgment, interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and patient progress monitoring
