The firm has no plans to sell or join a larger platform, giving its professionals the stability of independence while providing the resources to continue growing.
As a Trust & Estate Senior Manager, you'll work with a sophisticated client base, mentor and develop staff, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the practice. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just technical work—you'll have a voice, influence, and a clear path toward leadership.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex trust, estate, and individual tax engagements
- Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, families, attorneys, and financial advisors
- Review returns, provide planning strategies, and oversee engagement quality
- Mentor and develop team members while helping shape the future of the practice
- Contribute to business development and practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on Trust & Estate taxation
- CPA required
- Strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills
- A collaborative leader who enjoys developing people and building long-term client relationships
