Achievement Behavior Care (ABC) Services is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency that connects quality ABA services to children with the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. Historically, we have served school aged students in the Northeast region of the US since 2015. We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- who are dually licensed as Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs)- who have a strong commitment to the profession and to making a lasting impact in this community. Independent Contractor (1099-Tax Status)- No minimum billable hour requirement (unlimited earning potential) Choose caseload and flexible schedule Online data & billing platform Clinical support from Senior-level Clinical Directors Job Description: Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) Create behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise, evaluate, & mentor, BCBA-Candidates & Behavior Technicians Implement effective strategies for our clients in home and community settings Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children and families that are ethically aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Schedule and conduct parent trainings (PCT) Coordinate interdisciplinary care with various other personnel including teachers, other school providers, etc. Conduct initial and reassessments, functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans Monitor progress and evaluate program data, modify programs based on data analysis, and report on progress/regression using RETHINK Provide support to families, behavior technicians, and colleagues using effective, multi-tiered stakeholder communication Ensure high standard of care and services Requirements of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field Board Certified Behavior Analyst License Licensed Behavior Analyst Credential In Person position/potential for hybrid Provide direct 1:1 services and Parent Counseling and Training with clients in home Malpractice Insurance Experience conducting assessments such as the Vineland, VB-MAPP, ATEC, etc. Excellent clinical judgement, problem-solving and organizational skills Experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior Experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming and implementation Knowledge of naturalistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and implementation Flexibility and ability to promptly respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails Successful completion of mandatory employee training Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development Multilingual is a plus!
