The Remedy Mental Health is a multi-state outpatient mental health group that offers a comprehensive and integrative range ofpsychiatric services. Our multidisciplinary providers deliver care through medication management,psychotherapy, and interventional treatments, including:

• Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
• Ketamine infusions
• Spravato (esketamine) therapy
• Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) management

Position Overview

The Remedy Mental Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Adolescent & Adult Psychiatrist to support our growing Adolescent Service Line. This is a unique opportunity for a psychiatrist passionate about adolescent mental health who wants to help shape the clinical direction and operational infrastructure of a dynamic, integrative practice, with potential future leadership opportunities as the service line continues to expand. In addition to direct clinical care acrossadolescentand adult populations, this role carries significant strategic responsibilities: building and scaling ouradolescentservice line and developing clinical workflows to support ages 15 to 17 for TMS treatment programs. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical excellence, program development, and multidisciplinary team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

TMS Program Workflow Development

• Design and implement scalable clinical workflows to supportadolescentTMS service programs across Remedy clinic locations.
• Contribute to expanding TMS utilization within theadolescentpopulation where clinically indicated.

Direct Clinical Care

• Provide in-personpsychiatric care foradolescentand adult patients in all the states The Remedy operates.
• Administer and oversee TMS treatments as part of an integrated interventionalpsychiatry model.
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), including those deliveringadolescentcare.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible inPsychiatry, with demonstrated experience treatingadolescents.
• Active or eligible licensure in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or South Dakota; willingness to obtain additional licensure if not already held.
• Proven leadership experience in clinical program development or service line management.
• Willingness to train in TMS if not already certified; prior TMS experience is a strong asset.
• Strong adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills essential to success in a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Fellowship training or substantial clinical experience in child andadolescentpsychiatry.
• Prior experience building or leading anadolescentmental health program.
• Familiarity with designing clinical workflows in a multi-site or high-volume outpatient setting.
• Candidates without prior interventionalpsychiatry experience are encouraged to apply if they are willing to train and adopt The Remedys established evidence-based protocols.

Location: This position is currently posted for our Vadnais Heights, MN location, with flexibility to support other clinic locations as needed
