This all starts with our greatest asset…our employees.What You Will Be DoingAs a Welder at Yancey Engineered Solutions, you will be welding fuel tanks and aluminum stud frames for the weatherproof or sound attenuation enclosures.Primary Responsibilities:Using MIG welding techniques, weld aluminum stud frames, walls and roof to create the enclosuresWeld all secondary and supporting components for the enclosureAssemble and weld walls around fuel tanksTest welds for leaks and complete spot welds where neededWork with Quality Control to confirm all weld work is as required by specificationsAdditional Responsibilities:Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.Additional duties as assigned by manager.Who We Are Looking ForTo be successful in this position you should have a strong mechanical aptitude, training and experience with MIG welding and the desire to learn. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.
