Are you an experienced residential construction Project Manager or Superintendent looking for a fresh opportunity?

Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, GreenTech Homes builds thoughtfully designed, energy-efficient homes throughout one of the Southeast's most exciting and fast-growing markets. From urban communities to suburban neighborhoods, our team is focused on delivering homes our customers are proud to own—and that starts with strong leadership in the field.

What You'll Own:

Scheduling – Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion

Quality Control – Walk homes daily, review plans, identify issues, and ensure our standards are met

Jobsite & Community Management – Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites and communities

Trade Management – Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations

Budget & Materials – Manage construction budgets, review POs, and proactively address material needs

Customer Experience – Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process

Team Leadership – Participate in project management meetings and work closely with our construction and operations teams

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of management experience

2+ years of new construction project management experience

Production homebuilding experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to manage xhyhwjd schedules, trades, budgets, and multiple homes simultaneously

Based in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN
