The facility handles both wholesale and custom processing across a full range of cut types.The company rewards skill and consistency, and the benefits package reflects that commitment.What the Job InvolvesBreak beef carcasses into primal and subprimal cuts for wholesale distributionProcess custom orders down to retail and portion-cut specificationsPerform boning work on chucks and rounds as neededHandle grinding, packaging, labeling, and proper product storageKeep knives sharp, clean, and properly sterilized throughout the shiftOperate processing equipment safely and according to facility standardsFollow all HACCP and FSIS food safety and sanitation protocols without exceptionAssist with end-of-shift cleanup and sanitization of the fabrication room and equipmentSupport cooler organization and load-out for wholesale and custom orders as neededWhat They Need1+ years of meat cutting or processing experience in a plant, wholesale operation, or comparable settingStrong primal and subprimal breakdown skills preferredBoning experience on rounds and chucks is a plus, training available for the right candidateSolid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP requirementsPhysically able to stand a full shift, lift 50+ lbs, and work in a cold environmentReliable and focused with the ability to maintain quality output throughout a production shiftExperience on a fabrication line at a larger processing facility is a plus
