Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent (Commission-Based Contractor)

Location: Remote – must hold an active resident or non-resident license in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Ohio

Employment Type: 1099 Commission-Based Contractor

About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for licensed insurance professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the tools to grow their own book of business. As a commission-based contractor, you will have access to resources, training, and support that allow you to focus on advising clients and scaling your income on your own terms.

Key Responsibilities

Sell a variety of insurance products using the provided leads and digital platforms
Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions with professionalism and efficiency
Manage quotes, binders, renewals, and customer follow-ups
Ensure compliance with state regulations and underwriting guidelines
Participate in optional weekly training to enhance skills and stay updated on new products

Compensation & Growth

Commission-only role with no income cap
Top performers can earn $90,000+ annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

Holds an active insurance license in one of the six operating states (FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH)
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Tech-comfortable (experience with CRMs and quoting platforms)
Excellent client relationship and communication skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
