A highly respected law firm is seeking an Employment Attorney with 3–5 years of employment law experience to join its growing legal team. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Handle employment-related litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and related legal documents.
• Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and employment disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Support employers with workplace investigations, employee relations matters, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and in good standing.
• 3–5 years of employment law experience required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling employment litigation and counseling employers.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
