What You'll Do:

• Provide patient care activities in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care units
• Support ventilatory management and airway clearance procedures
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Train and mentor RT personnel in critical care settings
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid CRT certification
• Experience working in critical care environments
• Strong assessment and clinical skills in respiratory therapy

Preferred:

• Prior experience with neonatal and pediatric patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
