Patient Navigator (Front Desk)

Triangle Sinus Center is an ENT Center of Excellence and Innovation located in Raleigh, NC. They specialize in providing Sinus, Allergy, Snoring, Sleep Apnea, Hearing Loss and other Ear Nose and Throat related care to patients in the Research Triangle Park area. Their mission is to bring "CARE" back into healthcare by positively impacting the lives of their patients, which they achieve by personalizing scientifically-proven and state-of-the-art treatment plans. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Navigator. The Patient Navigator is responsible for the day-to-day management of patient accounts which includes scheduling, check-in & check-out, patient balances, phone calls, insurance verification, claims submission and follow-up, collecting co-payments, and addressing patient inquiries. The position also requires exceptional customer service skills. Qualifications Knowledge of medical terminology Experience with insurance Experience with medical billing software is a plus Associate's degree in healthcare related field preferred, but not required Understanding and commitment to the mission of Triangle Sinus Center #J-18808-Ljbffr TRIANGLE SINUS CENTER
