Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Communications Representative to support customer engagement, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building strong relationships, and contributing to brand awareness in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives. Provide information about company products and services. Build positive relationships with customers and visitors. Distribute promotional materials during outreach activities. Gather customer feedback to support ongoing initiatives. Maintain organized records of communication and outreach activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives. Represent the company professionally during promotional events and community activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
