Sales Administrator - Hotel

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and site visits
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotions
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales performance metrics and assist in achieving sales targets
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative roles, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
