Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and current clients
• Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely manner
• Gather and organize information related to client needs and preferences
• Provide clear and professional information about available services
• Follow up with clients regarding requests and next steps
• Assist clients throughout the service process
• Maintain accurate client records and contact information
• Use company software and online systems to manage client activity
• Coordinate follow-up tasks and maintain organized records
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Complete assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
