Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, vendor management, inventory coordination, and cost-control activities within our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, experience working with suppliers, and the ability to maintain accurate purchasing records in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Materials planning, purchasing and inventory management Purchase planned raw material requirements Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and purchase materials and services to meet production needs Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve performance issues Secure and analyze quotations; negotiate prices Purchasing materials and supplies in a manner that balances quality, cost, and delivery Make cost reduction recommendations Ensure inventory of parts and raw materials are adequate Develop new raw material sources Understand quality standards and health & safety regulations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of budgeting concepts and cost control Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
