Our Amazing apartment communities in Colorado Springs, CO have a need for a Multisite Leasing Agent. This position will be based at one of our properties but will also assist our sister properties as needed. The ideal candidate will have multifamily apartment community leasing experience as well as understand the accounting functions related to the process. Have experience using Yardi and CRM as well as the ability to initiate marketing campaigns and strategies. Experience and Education Required:

• Property leasing experience
• Customer Service experience
• Friendly and courteous personality
• Ability to read and write
• High School degree
• Ability to professionally interact with people

• Ability and desire to perform outreach marketing for the company

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect vacant apartments for readiness on a routine basis; inspect vacant units prior to the new resident moving in; Report any deficiencies to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
• Inspect the marketing tour path each morning and throughout the day; Report any deficiencies or items of concern to the Property Manager in a timely manner
• Inspect Model apartments daily to ensure they are in marketable condition; Report any deficiencies to the Property Manager
• Provide property information related to leasing and marketing of the property to prospects who are interest in leasing
• Prepare market survey
• Become knowledgeable of the surrounding market and and competitors
• Prepare and review lease paperwork with all new and renewing residents
• Complete timely follow up on all prospects per the company policy
• All other duties as assigned.
• Leasing Agents will perform all of their duties in compliance with federal and sate laws pertaining to the Apartment industry and Fair Housing

Work hours are scheduled around the needs and requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule with irregular work hours. Staff may be called upon to solve emergency problems at any time.
