Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including some weekends (every other weekend).

Assignment Details

Floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity may be required.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification preferred
• Skills in conscious sedation, vents, and telemetry
• EPIC experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the progressive care unit under the direction of medical staff.
• Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
