Physical TherapistPerform comprehensive initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goalsProvide hands-on orthopedic interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, IASTYM / Kinesiotaping, modalities as indicatedEducate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and injury preventionMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory guidelinesCommunicate effectively with referring physicians and other healthcare providersEnsure a high standard of patient satisfaction and quality of careMaintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environmentParticipate in team meetings, continuing education, and clinic initiatives as requiredEducation Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.License/Certification Requirements: Current state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure), CPR certification and BLSSalary Min: USD $42.00Salary Max: USD $60.00
