Strategic Manufacturing Controller

Wieland Designs, a Goshen, Indiana furniture design and manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function during a growth and leadership transition. You will partner with the CEO and company leaders, driving close processes, reporting, and internal controls. You will oversee a small accounting team and connect financial results to operational performance, with a manufacturing focus across labor and inventory.
