Role Description The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tampa, FL, responsible for leading all revenue-generating functions across the organization. The CRO will oversee sales strategy, lead generation, account management, and sales operations to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting revenue targets, analyzing market trends, refining go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership to align revenue goals with overall business objectives. The CRO will mentor and develop sales and account management teams, implement performance metrics, and ensure consistent execution of best practices. This role also involves building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders while maintaining a culture of accountability, safety, and integrity.\n

• Proven experience in senior revenue leadership roles within construction, building services, or related B2B industries.

• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics for forecasting, performance management, and decision-making.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.

• Track record of driving revenue growth in multi-location or national operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
