Accurate Staffing is hiring a dependable Commercial Cleaner for a large office building in Fairlawn, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday hours with the potential to grow into a full-time schedule!

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM or 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
Hours: 30 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours

Job Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Vacuum carpets and office areas.
• Dust furniture, surfaces, and workspaces.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional work environment.
• Complete other general cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to pass a national background check .

Important Security Requirements

This is a high-security facility. All employees must secure their cell phones at the security gate upon entering the building . Phones may be retrieved during designated breaks and at the end of the shift. Applicants must be comfortable following all facility security procedures.
