Phoenix Physical Therapy, part of Total Rehab Group, is opening a brand-new outpatient rehabilitation clinic in the heart of Koreatown, and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become one of the founding members of our clinical team.

Our newest Koreatown location has been designed from the ground up to give both patients and clinicians an exceptional experience from day one.

As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant , you'll work directly alongside our supervising Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to their daily lives with confidence.

You'll treat a diverse outpatient caseload, collaborate closely with your clinical team, and play an important role in delivering personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation.

Whether you're an experienced PTA or a motivated new graduate, we're committed to helping you continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing professional support.

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Deliver therapeutic exercise programs and functional rehabilitation
• Perform manual therapy techniques and therapeutic interventions as directed
• Administer therapeutic modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, heat, cold therapy, and other appropriate treatments
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Accurately complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, rehabilitation aides, physicians, and front office staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented clinic culture

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License (or eligibility within 60 days)
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or personal injury rehabilitation
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
• Experience with therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques

• $40.00–$44.00 per hour , based on experience
