Termite Technician

Termite & Pest Professional Starting hourly rate: $18. Company vehicle and cell phone are provided. Responsibilities Outdoor, Independent Work: Work outdoors on your own routes, providing services to customers across the community. Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.” Support the Team: Work on pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems. Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Customer Problem‑Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction. Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards. Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. No prior experience necessary. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments. Physical Demands / Working Environment Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas. Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
