JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Residential Support Specialist LOCATION/DEPT: Bloomington Corps REPORTS TO: Resident Services Director PEOPLE MANAGER: No FLSA CATEGORY: Non-Exempt, hourly. STATUS: Part time – 15-19 hours per week

PAY GRADE: 202

PAY RATE: $15.75 - $18.90 per hour – Entry level wage - $16.00 per hour.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide direction and accountability to those served within our homeless services program providing a safe and secure environment for those in need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering the telephone; providing assistance and information as needed Document daily activity in logbook Document rule infractions through incident reports Coordinate and offer assistance to volunteers as they serve meals Ensure that meals are prepared according to health department standards Receive and document donations and gifts received Maintain volunteer log and paperwork associated with volunteers Review log entries since the last time worked for pertinent information #J-18808-Ljbffr tsainternal
