Schedule: Part-time | In-office | 8:00 am - 2:00pm | Availability will range between Monday - Friday Job Summary The Sample Room Coordinator will assist the VP of Marketing, Marketing Lead, and Marketing Assistant in the sample room labeling samples, creating sample kits, pulling samples/kits for orders, and preparing them for shipment as well as any additional tasks necessary pertaining to RJ Schinner Exclusive Brand samples. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with the creation of RJ Branded Sample Kits as directed Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping of requested RJ Branded Samples by sales team and customers as requested Order inventory necessary for sample kit creation Assist with administrative tasks involved with RJ Branded Samples – report building and communication with sales rep/customer as directed Daily usage of Microsoft Office computer system to complete tasks may be necessary Other duties as assigned by VP of Marketing and/or Marketing Lead Qualifications/Experience High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience Good oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy necessary R.J.
