Hotel PM Cook 3 Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Texas (US) Position Type Hourly, Entry Level; Full-time; Pay basis: hourly US Dollar (USD). The PM Cook 3 is a culinary position that is open to cooks of all levels, but preferred candidates will have intermediate culinary skills, related cooking experience, and good communication skills. This PM position requires being able to accommodate the closing shift as needed. This is typically a production position that requires total supervision and training. Responsibilities & Qualifications All qualified candidates must be able to work afternoons and evenings on any day, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Capable of performing repetitive duties. Preferred candidates will have intermediate culinary skills or higher, and at least 1 year of previous culinary experience. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
