A high energy, sales-focused leader excels in the role by motivating associates, engaging with guests and being both creative & proactive on ways to improve the brand experience & meet goals. This person shows positivity & leadership skills. This person has a love for fashion, people & luxury lifestyle shopping. Job Purpose Reporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, the purpose of this role is to enhance brand experience, drive sales & motivate the team to hit goals. Responsibilities Acts as leader on duty following the direction of store manager & leadership team Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferencesnt> Assists with merchandising and creative directives Motivate associates to hit sales goals Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & back of house Opening & Closing procedures Drive sales to hit monthly sales goals Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness Compensation/Perks Exclusive discounts Bonus opportunities Growth opportunities Competitive bi-weekly pay Qualifications Must have retail leadership experience Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed Must be at least 18 years of age #J-18808-Ljbffr Aursociety
