Location: Plymouth, NH Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $167,000 Base + $10K-$20K Incentive What You\'ll Do Perform comprehensive eye and vision exams Diagnose and manage common eye conditions Prescribe glasses, contacts, and medications Provide routine eye care and patient education Identify systemic disease-related eye conditions Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans Refer patients to the ophthalmologist when appropriate Document care and support accurate billing Participate in quality and patient safety programs Provide ER phone consultations as part of the call rotation Practice Details 90% Routine / 10% Medical No pre/post-op care required No glaucoma/TPA treatment expected 16-20 patients/day Clinic: Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM Scheduled approximately 4 days/week Call: 10 days/month Call is primarily after-hours and consists of ER phone consultations Collaboration You\'ll share routine coverage with the current optometrist and work closely with the ophthalmologist.
