This role is designed to prioritize quality over volume , giving you more time with patients and less administrative burden. What Makes This Practice Different Work–Life Balance: No hospital rounds, no weekend clinics, and minimal call (phone-only, nurse triaged). Time with Patients: Manage a smaller panel, focusing on building relationships and improving outcomes.
