About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Funnel Conversion to play a pivotal role in its mission to become the world's first full-stack AI doctor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end website conversion rate from Meta ads across multiple countries, with a focus on scaling international growth efforts. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader who can manage a rapidly expanding Funnel Conversion team, consisting of country-specific product squads. The Head of Funnel Conversion will be the direct responsible individual for the entire process, from understanding the target customer in each country to executing and learning from macro and micro tests. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading and running a high volume of experiments for DTC e-commerce brands, with a strong preference for those who thrive in the intense environment of a high-growth startup. Key responsibilities for the Head of Funnel Conversion include guiding the team in customer and marketing understanding, generating and prioritizing ideas, ensuring the execution of high-quality tests, and continuously measuring and learning to improve the conversion process. The role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, who is adept at analytics, design, and engineering, and is capable of working with the team to improve their tooling. The Head of Funnel Conversion will be expected to be an excellent individual contributor, as well as a strategic leader, and must embody the company's cultural standards of belief in the mission, unwavering integrity, and a maniacal sense of urgency. This is a full-time, fully remote position, and the successful candidate will be a key player in the company's ambitious growth plans, with the potential to take on senior roles in growth and product.
