You're here to build what's next, on a team that outperforms every norm.The work:You'll design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS to support CPM reporting and analytics.You'll execute ETL processes to assess client datasets and present data in consumable formats for business stakeholders.You'll perform data analysis and produce technical reports and findings that support program and project decision-making.You'll develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data automation workflows.You'll interpret trends, implement leading practices, and deliver actionable insights aligned to client business objectives.You'll lead departmental data process initiatives and support cross-functional data efforts.You'll provide data visualization support across program and project workgroups, serving as a shared resource where needed.You'll collaborate with CPM analytics team members on AWS platform buildout, including migration of SAP HANA views to AWS tables.Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. Here's what you'll need:5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related fieldBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information systems, communications, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience with AWS data engineering and developmentExperience with Python and SQLExperience with data pipeline design, development, and maintenanceExperience with Git / GitHubBonus points if you have:Experience with data management, ETL processes, and data visualization toolsAbility to interpret trends and implement data-driven strategiesStrong project management skills with experience leading analytics initiativesKnowledge of business intelligence tools and reporting automationExperience supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven insightsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
