Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Resolve problems to office spaces windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs

Ability to do residential repairs when needed

Keep a daily record record of what was done

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

At least 3 years of maintenance experience

Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
