As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Must have open availability to include working weekends, and multiple locations!

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

• You can be on your feet throughout your shift conducting regular indoor/outdoor patrols, patrol by car in a safe manner, and handle any weather conditions.

• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

• You provide rapid response in critical situations.

• You have a flexible schedule that also allows you to work weekends.

• You enjoy rewards for doing a good day's work by apprehending those who steal.

• You control access to the facility making sure that employees, customers, and guests feel safe.

• You have excellent attention to detail as you screen employees, and guests coming and going.

• You excel at reading and writing detailed reports.

• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• You are able to provide documentation of at least a High School Diploma or GED.

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

• You have 2 years' experience as an armed Security Officer.

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.

• You have at least 1 year experience as a Security Officer.

• You have an Armed PILB in hand and are current on all qualifications.

• You have your own approved weapon/ammo/holster.

• You have a valid Driver's License.

• You are at least 21 years of age or older.

• You are able to pass a Psych Eval prior to having any interview.

• You are flexible to work any shift, and any location as needed.

• You must have strong work ethic, and high integrity.

• You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
