RN Clinical Coordinator (Behavioral Health) In collaboration with the Service Line Director and unit Manager, the RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the daily departmental operations, ensuring and delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. Shift: Full Time Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Pay Range: $49.90 to $79.84 per hour Location: Santa Clarita, 91355 Responsibilities Provides shift supervision and day‑to‑day management of clinical nursing practice Manages patient care delivery, human, fiscal and other resources Develops personnel and ensures compliance with regulatory and professional standards Resolves issues and fosters interdisciplinary collaborative relationships within the department and the organization as a whole Models commitment to the organization’s vision, mission and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes Supports overall departmental performance Qualifications Licensure and Certification: Current California RN License Current BLS provider card through the American Heart Association National Certification in clinical area of expertise (preferred) Additional Licensure and Certification: Current MAB/VIP certification Current LPS certification Education: AA degree; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred Member in a professional organization (preferred) Experience: Two (2) years of current acute‑care nursing experience One (1) year of progressive charge nurse experience About the Hospital Be part of the team at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, the healthcare leader in the Santa Clarita Valley. #J-18808-Ljbffr Working Nurse
