Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $155.61

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, including children and adults
• Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Document patient visits accurately using EPIC EMR
• Adapt to various clinic settings, including brick-and-mortar, school-based, and mobile clinics
• Participate in all required training and orientation
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• CA Medical License (in-hand)
• DEA registration
• BLS certification (required)
• Board Certification preferred; willing to accept board eligible candidates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations as needed

About the Assignment:

This outpatient assignment at a busy clinic in Fremont involves providing comprehensive primary care to diverse pediatric and adult patient populations. The facility offers a supportive environment with a full week of orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding and success. The provider will primarily work scheduled hours, with no call responsibilities, fully integrating into a team dedicated to quality patient care.
