Survey Regional Manager - Texas & Louisiana

Overview Phasor Engineering LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position within the southern United States to help with our growing operations there. We have a number of large projects in the western United States and are well positioned to continue to grow. We are looking for additional Land Surveyors to support our current projects and support growth. The candidate must be licensed in Texas and Louisiana and be willing to obtain licenses in additional states. All costs associated with obtaining additional licenses will be paid by Phasor. A work‑from‑home or hybrid work scenario will be explored with applicants. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of project execution. Serve as the Project/Regional Manager, responsible for: Establishing communication protocols for the project, including identification of client or Phasor interest holders and decision makers, change management, information dissemination routes and procedures, and systematic processes for project data and reporting. Managing project financials, establishing cost controls, and performing periodic reviews to identify any risks. Coordinating with Phasor personnel to understand all project requirements, including scheduling, cost, technical and logistical considerations. Managing subcontractors performing Geomatics work on a project. Managing shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for crew chiefs and survey assistants unless delegated to a field coordinator. Participating in division‑level meetings to coordinate crew allocation between projects. General business development work within the Southern region of the U.S. Pervious transmission line experience would be considered an asset. Benefits Competitive compensation.
