Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Opportunity
MLR Healthcare is seeking a committed and certified Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a reputable hospital located near Myrtle Beach, SC.
This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity perfect for laboratory professionals dedicated to precision, efficiency, and delivering exceptional patient care. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus along with up to $7,500 in relocation assistance.
Position Summary:

Primary Duties:
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform lab tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology with high attention to detail.
- Result Interpretation: Accurately analyze and promptly communicate test results to healthcare teams to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring correct calibration and resolving any technical issues.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to rigorous quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards to maintain lab reliability and precision.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support integrated, reliable patient care through dependable lab results.
Requirements:
- Certification: ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
- Education: An Associate's degree for MLT or Bachelor's degree for MT from an accredited program.
- Experience: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical lab setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
